Terms of Service

Crawford Service Hub is operated by Crawford Group Holdings, LLC. These terms describe the conditions for using the platform to discover independent providers, publish business profiles, and manage service requests. By using these features, you agree to these terms.
The platform
Crawford Service Hub provides business listings and tools for customer inquiries and scheduling updates. Independent providers perform the services. They control their own services, prices, availability, and service terms. A listing is not a guarantee of a provider's qualifications, insurance, availability, or work quality.
Accounts
The platform is intended for adults. Use accurate account information, protect access to your account, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. Business profiles must be managed by someone authorized to represent the business. Sign-in is provided by Clerk, with Google sign-in available as an account option.
Provider listings and access
Providers are responsible for keeping their descriptions, service areas, pricing information, and availability accurate and for holding any qualifications or permissions required for their work. Publish only content you are authorized to share. Provider listings become available to customers after platform access is activated. Pilot access or other enrollment arrangements are handled separately; activation does not itself collect payment.
Customer requests and scheduling
Choose the provider you want to contact and submit accurate contact and service details. Sending a request shares that information with the selected provider. A request or preferred date does not by itself confirm a booking. Confirm scope, final price, appointment details, access arrangements, cancellation conditions, and payment directly with the provider.
Providers can update request status, enter a scheduled date, and send an update through the platform. Customers should review those updates and resolve any questions directly with the provider.
Payments and service concerns
The current platform does not collect customer payments for cleaning services. Any payment arrangements and service agreements are made directly with the provider. Contact the provider first about the work, charges, cancellations, or refunds. Contact Crawford Service Hub about account access, listing information, or platform issues.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, submit deceptive listings or requests, send spam or harassment, upload unlawful content, attempt to access another user's private information, or interfere with platform security. Do not include payment card information, home entry codes, or other sensitive details in requests. We may restrict accounts or listings used to misuse the service.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how account, provider, and request information is handled. Published business profiles are public. Requests are shared with the business selected by the customer. Independent providers are responsible for their own handling of information they receive.
Availability and changes
Features and available categories may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical issues. These terms may be updated as the platform changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
