Crawford Service Hub is operated by Crawford Group Holdings, LLC. This policy explains how information is used when you browse provider listings, create an account, publish a business profile, or send a service request.
Information we collect
Account sign-in is handled by Clerk. When you use Google sign-in, Clerk receives basic account information such as your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier. Crawford Service Hub uses your Clerk account identifier to associate your profile and requests with your account. Google sign-in requests basic identity scopes; it does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or calendar.
Provider profiles contain the business name, description, city or region, service ZIP codes, availability, website, services, and price or quote details you enter. We also store listing visibility, access status, account association, and creation and update dates.
Service requests contain your name, email address, optional phone number, service ZIP code, selected provider and service, preferred date, and request details. We store request status, scheduling information, and provider replies so you and the selected provider can manage the request.
Our hosting and authentication providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP addresses, browser information, authentication cookies, and request logs.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, display provider listings, deliver requests to the business you select, show your request history and updates, manage provider access, and protect the service against misuse. Account identifiers are also used to limit excessive submissions.
Who receives information
Published provider profile information is visible to visitors. A service request is shared with the selected provider and is available in your own request history. Other providers cannot access it through their inboxes. The selected provider may contact you using the details you supply and handles information it receives under its own practices.
Clerk provides authentication, and Cloudflare hosts the application and stores platform data. These providers process information to operate their services. The platform operator may access records as needed for administration, support, and troubleshooting. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and sign-in
Clerk uses cookies and related browser storage to maintain authentication and support account security. Blocking these may prevent sign-in from working. Signing out ends your active session; it does not delete your stored profile or requests.
Retention and your choices
We retain account associations, business profiles, and requests to operate the platform and maintain service history. You can edit your provider profile and change its listing visibility. To request access, correction, or deletion of platform information, contact us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity and retain information needed for security, recordkeeping, or applicable obligations. Information already received by an independent provider is subject to that provider's practices.
Information you should not submit
Please do not include payment card details, home entry codes, or other sensitive information in service requests. The platform is intended for adults arranging services or managing a business.
